Delete your WellClinica account

Applies to the WellClinica app on the App Store, Google Play and at wellclinica.ca/app.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and go to Me.
2. Tap Close my account under Your data.
3. Enter your password and confirm. Your account is closed straight away and you receive an email receipt.

By email

Write to contact@wellclinica.ca from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my WellClinica account". We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your menus, notes, food logs, measurements, check-ins, consents, personalised weeks and app settings, and your login. Any membership billed by wellclinica.ca is cancelled at the same time.

What is kept, and why

Invoices stay with our payment processor because Canadian tax law requires it. A membership bought through the App Store or Google Play is cancelled from your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings — deleting the account does not cancel it, by Apple's and Google's rules.
