A meal plan for bloating, energy dips and hormone symptoms — fibre at every meal, added sugar halved, fermented foods kept, and meals that suit your cycle. Designed by a Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner, delivered every week in the WellClinica app.
Your gut and your hormones talk constantly. A gut that isn’t moving well clears used estrogen poorly; shifting hormones slow digestion down. That’s why bloating, afternoon crashes, cravings and cycle symptoms so often turn up together — and why treating them one at a time rarely works.
This menu works on the shared foundation: regular meals, fibre you can tolerate, fewer added sugars, and the fermented foods that feed a healthy gut. Portions stay standard. This is a reset, not a diet.
Processed meats (bacon, ham, deli, sausage) are swapped for fresh protein on this menu too.
| Breakfast | Overnight oats with kefir, chia, berries and pumpkin seeds |
| Snack | Pear with a small handful of walnuts |
| Lunch | Lentil and roasted-vegetable salad, brown rice, a spoon of sauerkraut |
| Snack | Plain Greek yogurt with cinnamon and a few raspberries |
| Dinner | Baked cod, sweet potato, garlicky greens — then a 12-hour overnight break |
An example of the shape, not the menu — every week is different, and your own dietary rules are applied on top.

The Gut & Hormonal Reset menu is designed to support digestion, energy and hormone balance through food. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition — including IBS, PCOS, endometriosis or thyroid conditions — and results vary from person to person. New, severe or changing symptoms, pain, blood or unexplained weight change need your doctor first.
$290 a year if you’d rather. Pick the Gut & Hormonal Reset menu and the first three days open immediately.
Not by default. Low-FODMAP is an elimination approach meant for a few weeks followed by careful reintroduction. The app offers a gentle option you can switch on for a short time, then bring foods back one at a time — and for guided FODMAP work we suggest a discovery call.
The menu is designed to support digestion: regular meals, fibre increased gradually, fermented foods, whole-grain swaps and less added sugar. Many women notice a difference within a few weeks; results vary, and new or severe symptoms should go to your doctor first.
The menu includes foods that suit each phase of your cycle and an optional seed rotation many women enjoy. It is guidance layered on your week, not a rulebook.
No. Whole fruit is never counted as sugar on this menu. What is halved is added sugar — honey, maple, sugar and sweet sauces — and sweet drinks become low-sugar options or water.
Portions are standard, not reduced — the focus is digestion and hormones. Some women find their weight settles as digestion and blood sugar improve; if weight loss is the main goal, the Weight Loss menu is built for it.
Many women use it for a month as a reset and then either stay or switch to Easy & Clean. You can switch monthly from inside the app.
