Meal plans · Weight Loss menu

The weight loss meal plan that doesn’t ask you to eat less of everything.

Protein at every meal, half a plate of vegetables, a real dinner by 7 p.m. — and the grocery list written for you. Designed by a Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner, delivered every week in the WellClinica app.

20–30 g protein per meal
Half-plate vegetables
Kitchen closed by 7 p.m.
Grocery list included

Why “eat less” keeps failing

Most weight loss plans cut everything by a third and call it discipline. Two weeks later you’re hungry at 3 p.m., in the cupboard at 9, and blaming yourself. The plan was the problem: when protein and vegetables shrink with everything else, blood sugar swings, cravings climb and the plan collapses.

The Weight Loss menu is built the other way round. Protein and vegetables never shrink. Portions come down one step on the starches and the extras — the parts doing the least for you — and the plate stays full.

How the Weight Loss menu works

A modest, personal deficit. The app calculates your maintenance energy from your details and sets a target a step below it — never below a safe floor. You see a range, not a number to chase.
Protein at every meal.20–30 g each time, with your daily protein set from your body weight. Protein lines never scale down, whatever your portion size.
Half a plate of vegetables. At lunch and dinner. Vegetables, fruit, herbs and spices are never reduced.
A 10-hour window, dinner by 7 p.m.The app tracks one habit with you: kitchen closed by 7 p.m.
Smart swaps, not bans.Fried → oven-baked. Sweet drinks → sparkling water or whole fruit and water. Refined starch → the whole-grain version at three-quarter portion. Desserts → fruit or yogurt versions. Bacon, ham, deli and sausage → fresh protein. The dish stays; the version changes.
Your rules on top.Religious, dietary-pattern and allergy rules are applied across the whole week before anything else.

The eating window is switched off automatically in pregnancy, breastfeeding, under 18, or with a history of disordered eating.

What a day might look like

Breakfast Greek yogurt with berries, seeds and a spoon of nut butter — protein first
Snack Apple with a piece of cheese
Lunch Chicken, quinoa and roasted-vegetable bowl with tahini-lemon — half the bowl is vegetables
Snack Hard-boiled egg and a clementine
Dinner, by 7 p.m. Oven-baked salmon, small potatoes in their skins, a big green salad
Evening Herbal tea. Kitchen closed.

An example of the shape, not the menu — every week is different, and your own dietary rules are applied on top.

What’s included

Is this the right menu for you?

A good fit if…

  • You’ve “eaten healthy” for years and the scale hasn’t moved
  • You lose weight fast on strict plans and regain it faster
  • You’re in perimenopause and need protein and steady blood sugar more than fewer calories
  • You want a full plate and a real dinner, not a shake

Another menu may suit you better if…

Not sure? Take the 20-second match.

Our standards

The Weight Loss menu is designed to support weight management through food. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, managing a medical condition or have a history of disordered eating, talk to your healthcare provider first — the app adjusts the plan accordingly.

The other menus

Three days free. Then $29 a month, or nothing.

$290 a year if you’d rather. Pick the Weight Loss menu and the first three days open immediately.

Weight Loss menu questions

How many calories is the weight loss meal plan?

It is personal: the app works out your maintenance energy from your details and sets a target a step below it, never below a safe floor. You see a range, not a number to chase, and you do not count anything — you photo-log your meals.

Will I be hungry?

The menu is built so you should not be: 20 to 30 g of protein at every meal, half a plate of vegetables at lunch and dinner, and two snacks a day. Portions come down on starches and extras, never on protein or vegetables.

Can I do it if I am vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free or dairy-free?

Yes. Set it once in the app and the whole week is rewritten for you, with swaps or alternative meals applied automatically.

Do I have to stop eating at 7 p.m.?

The menu uses a 10-hour eating window with dinner by 7 p.m., because late eating is where most plans fail. The window is switched off automatically in pregnancy, breastfeeding, under 18, or with a history of disordered eating.

Does it work in perimenopause?

Many women in perimenopause do better with more protein and steadier blood sugar rather than fewer calories, which is how this menu is built. Results vary, and we work alongside your healthcare provider.

Can I switch to another menu later?

Yes — switch monthly from inside the app to Gut & Hormonal Reset, GLP-1 Friendly or Easy & Clean, and your practitioner notes follow you.
